Holbein’s Townhouse
Our clients completely customized this charming, well-maintained ground floor apartment to their own style when they bought it a few years ago. They have enjoyed living here with their family. It is truly a family home with plenty of opportunities for children to play, both inside the house, in the garden, and on the street. Inside, the house is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a modern kitchen adjacent to the garden. In the morning, it is wonderful to have breakfast in the garden at sunrise. The neighbors are very friendly; every year, a neighborhood barbecue is organized on the wide sidewalk in front of the house. In short, for those looking for a family home in a friendly neighborhood: welcome!

What the residents will miss
When we were looking for our family home, we both wanted to stay in the neighborhood. We walked with the stroller through Holbeinstraat to Beatrixpark and said to each other: "What a nice street, if something comes For Sale here For Sale After searching, we found Holbeinstraat 55 and fell in love instantly. In addition to the street and the neighborhood, we were immediately drawn to the wide facade with the front door in the middle, the spacious ground floor with the possibility of bedrooms three bedrooms , the garden, and the large basement. We could already picture ourselves sitting on the bench in front of the door, looking out at the boats on Stadionkade. With a growing family in mind, we created three bedrooms the ground floor. By placing an open staircase in the middle of the house, we connected the basement to the rest of the house, creating a single whole. The children loved playing in the garden and in the basement. We will miss the latter in particular. Holbeinstraat is unique, with its wide sidewalks and opportunities to play in the street, centered around the basketball hoop in the square. Young and old alike enjoy street life, culminating in the annual street BBQ at the end of the summer. Being part of this gives us a wonderful feeling every day. The time has now come for us to say goodbye, with a heavy heart, to this special house, which holds so many memories. Fortunately, we don't have to say goodbye to the neighborhood.
