Architectural firm Claus en Kaan designed the redevelopment of the warehouses, which are protected as national monuments, into luxury apartments. They removed a strip of the complex Immediately the rear facade, creating a sheltered courtyard garden and turning the old facade into a wind and noise barrier. New communal stairwells provide access to the residences the middle.
