We met with the sellers at the property. They had purchased it in the past to provide housing for their children. During our conversation, it came to light that our office had also acted as an intermediary during the purchase.
It has now been subdivided into five apartments, and the tenant on the first floor has moved out. Thanks to the subdivision, it is now possible to sell these units separately.
A unique apartment at the beginning of Elandsgracht with a view of the square and Prinsengracht. It’s hard to find a more central location in the Jordaan.
An ideal apartment for those who want to take full advantage of everything Amsterdam has to offer.
