Anno 1610
A resident here is a passer-by in time
Windows with stained glass, old fireplaces, stepped gables, mortise and tenon joints, very old staircases, and beautiful mosaics. These plots have been built on for more than 600 years. First as two wooden houses, and then in 1610 the current stone house was built. A house and location with history.
Impressive entrance
A unique tile mosaic by Jan de Meijer adorns the front porch and continues into a beautiful marble hallway that provides access to the Rooms the bel-etage and the wooden staircase.
A beautiful long hallway with high ceilings and natural light that has impressed visitors for centuries.
'Paneling, original beams, and an early seventeenth-century fireplace'
During the renovation, a medieval hearth plate was found and the early seventeenth-century stove and double pump with bluestone basin were restored. Beautiful tiles adorn the floor and the walls are decorated with whitewash.
