For Hans, trust and friendliness are his priorities

‘At Broersma, it’s all about doing what’s best for your client,’ emphasises Hans, former Broersma co-owner, who recently retired after 24 years as a partner at Broersma Bedrijfsmakelaardij (now Broersma Werken), ‘I still work with the loyal client base that I’ve partnered with for years.’

Unlike in the residential market, where transactions are often short-lived, Hans explains that commercial real estate is built on long-term relationships. Cultivating a lasting relationship with the client is in Broersma Werken’s DNA. ‘We have a high level of integrity and years of experience, knowledge, and skill that allow us to provide our clients with results-oriented advice that always leaves them satisfied,’ says Hans, and trust and friendliness are key elements in that process. ‘We work in partnership with the client, and while it’s important to keep things fun, professionalism always comes first.’

Hans studied Economics at VU Amsterdam university and became an estate agent in 1996. Hans believes that Broersma offers essential added value for clients. ‘Because knowledge is the key’, and that includes architectural, legal, and fiscal issues. ‘In many cases, in addition to our work as an estate agent, we also highlight needs for clients, and we’ll always recommend involving specialists in the process.’
