Daniëlle ensures that the process runs smoothly from start to finish.

“Where are we wasting time or energy, and where can we improve?” Daniëlle has mastered the art of working in a structured and efficient manner by coordinating all parties in a customer-friendly and solution-oriented way: “Front office, back office, brokers, and of course the customer—we need each other to bring a project to a project conclusion.”

She studied Management Economics and Law at the HES in Amsterdam, then Fashion Design at the Artemis Academy, and worked in styling for ten years before joining Broersma. This experience comes in handy when she visits commercial properties and works with the photographer to highlight the elegant features of a building: "An interesting facade, beautiful lighting—we can surprise the customer with that."

Daniëlle has a fondness for hidden spots in Amsterdam: "Like Sint Nicolaasstraat, a side street off Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal in the city center, where people live or work quietly behind every beautiful facade." From her work at the Vondelpark, she cycles across the canals through the city to her home in the Jordaan. Here you will often find her at bakery café SAINT-JEAN, located in a building whose architectural heritage is complemented by its modern interior: "They serve perfect coffee and have delicious vegan baked goods."
