Daniëlle ensures that the process runs smoothly from start to finish.

With her focus on structure, organization, and precision, Daniëlle brings calm and clarity to the organization. As an operations manager, she keeps a tight rein on processes, registrations, and facilities, but never loses sight of quality and presentation. She spots any friction points. Where there’s room for improvement, she takes action. “It’s often not about big changes, but small improvements that, together, make all the difference.” She’s also responsible for HR and finance, and ensures that everything is in order—not just on paper, but in practice as well.

She studied Management, Economics, and Law at the HES in Amsterdam and then took a course in Fashion Styling at the Artemis Academy. That combination of analytical thinking and a flair for presentation still forms the foundation of her work. After ten years in the styling industry, she knows better than anyone how important first impressions are, whether it’s a process, a team, or a building.

From her workplace at Vondelpark, she cycles through the city along the canals to her home in the Jordaan neighborhood. Along the way, she enjoys the charming streets, unique buildings, and all the greenery the city has to offer, and she regularly stops by the gym to clear her head and stay sharp. Just around the corner from her home, you’ll often find her at the bakery-café SAINT-JEAN, located in a building where the architectural heritage is complemented by the modern interior: “They serve perfect coffee and have delicious vegan baked goods.”
