Broersma has been actively involved in optimizing the design, marketing, and sales strategy since the development phase. We sat down with the developers Van Lingotto, the architects from Team V, and the construction company Van Eesteren. We provided advice on optimizing the differentiation of the homes, the layout of the apartments, and the level of finish.
The customer journey and sales strategy
We advised on the customer journey and communication. Together with the advertising agency, we developed a plan and tools to clarify what it means to live in a wooden building. As a sales strategy, we advised a phased sale. This was unique for a tower that was built in a construction stream. Phasing creates scarcity in the supply and allows for interim price indexation, in line with previous results and market developments.

Haut, with its unique story, holds a special place in our hearts. To show our commitment and connection to the building and its first residents, Broersma had a wooden bench made, which now stands in the central hall.
