Haut: the first wooden residential tower in the Netherlands
Broersma has been actively involved in design, marketing, and sales strategies since the development phase. We came to the table with developers from Lingotto, architects from Team V, and the Van Eesteren construction firm and advised on housing diversity, floor plans, and detail quality level.
The customer journey and sales strategy
We consulted on customer journey and communication and worked with the advertising agency to develop a plan and tools to clarify what living in a wooden building really means. We recommend a phased-sale strategy. This was unique for a tower that was built in a single construction cycle. Phasing creates scarcity and space for interim price indexing, in line with previous results and market developments.

Haut and its unique story hold a special place in our hearts. Broersma had a wooden bench made to symbolise our commitment to and solidarity with the building and its first residents, and it now sits in the main lobby.
