In addition to 21 condominiums and three townhouses, the new construction project also includes three commercial spaces to be built on the ground floor. In the middle building, located at Number , a rectangular space of approximately 48 m² of gross floor area will be created. Building
The Triplets consists of three unique buildings that share a common aesthetic: elegant yet rugged. They differ in shape, color, and material. Sturdy brick, concrete, and ceramic give them a rugged look, while gold-colored window frames and refined, gold-toned facade details add a touch of lightness and elegance.
The building on the left is bright and rhythmic, featuring soft tones and clean lines. The building in the middle exudes warmth and a sense of security with its sturdy brickwork and deep window frames. The building on the right is light and open, with playful details and a modern silhouette. Together, they form a distinctive ensemble with a cosmopolitan feel.
The Triplets is being developed by Dura Vermeer Bouw Midden West based on a design by architect Marcel Lok of the architectural firm of the same name.
Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2026, with completion expected in the summer of 2027.
Design vision
The rectangular space has an entrance at the front, on Isaac Titsinghkade. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the entire space. It has a frontage of 5.6 meters and a ceiling height of up to 3.2 meters.
Neighbourhood + hotspots
Oostenburg is a hidden neighborhood with a character all its own. This area is undergoing a major transformation; a new, green, and vibrant urban neighborhood is taking shape here. Hidden from tourists and surrounded by water, the island offers a unique blend of work and life.
This spot is an oasis of calm amid the hustle and bustle of the city. Oosterpark is just a 10-minute bike ride away. Around the corner, you’ll find the terraces of Brouwerij ’t IJ, coffee shops, specialty stores, and small boutiques. After a day at work, you can cycle home peacefully along the water or seek out some fun, for example at Roest Amsterdam or Studio/K (movie theater, café, and restaurant). Shopping is available on nearby Czaar Peterstraat, you can work out at BigGym Amsterdam, and culture and art lovers can indulge themselves at the Drift Museum, which is set to open in mid-2026 in the Van Gendt Hallen.
Accessibility
The Triplets is easily accessible by both private and public transportation. Bus line 22 departs from Oostenburgergracht toward Central Station. By car, the A-10 ring road can be reached within 10 minutes via the Piet Hein Tunnel.

Restaurant VRR, together with Stadsbakkerij As, is located in the historic building dating from 1895, which was used as a staff canteen and laundry room by the Nederlandsche Scheepsbouw-Maatschappij (Dutch Shipbuilding Company). Chef and owner Sander Overeinder, formerly of restaurant AS, among others, has always been a pioneer. Here, too, the biodynamic fruit and vegetables come from his native region of Beemster. Many of the dishes are prepared over an open fire. The delicious bread (from As, of course) is also available For Sale in the adjacent shop. The wine list has been compiled with great care, knowledge, and love. It features biodynamic and, above all, natural wines from France, Italy, and Germany, among other countries.

Counter is a family business run by Raymond and Nathalie Hunsel-Spigt, their daughter Tatum, and her partner Jaime Sharp, with roots in a catering company that has been operating since 2004. With a Floor area 6 m2, Museum Perron Oost in the Eastern Docklands is perhaps the smallest museum in the world.
