The buildings at Helicopterstraat 13, 15, and 17 were constructed in the 1950s as offices and warehouses for metal processing and machine tool repairs. Nearly 70 years of use have left their mark, resulting in a fusion of different buildings with a large collection of temporary architectural solutions.
In 2020, a transformation was realized based on a design by architectural firm Van Manen, bringing these offices back into line with current standards for office users.
