It reuses old shipyard materials such as scrap steel, wood panels, and ship floors. Dishes without too much embellishment, prepared over an open fire, create the perfect vibe. Examples include turbot with yellow chili and chives or côte de boeuf with chipotle and marrow, both of which are ideal for sharing."
