On behalf of Norstat Group, we have leased approximately 450 m² of office space in the monumental Werkspoor building at Oostenburgervoorstraat 83 in Amsterdam.

The building was constructed in 1903 to a design by F.W.M. Poggenbeek as a commercial building for the Werkspoor company (formerly known as the "Nederlandsche Fabriek voor Werktuigen en Spoorwegmaterieel" or Dutch Factory for Tools and Railway Equipment).

The building underwent significant alterations later on, including the addition of an extra floor. It is connected to the Werkspoor office, built in 1913, via a sky bridge.

The building has recently been renovated while retaining its industrial appearance and original details.
