On behalf of a private owner, Broersma Werken has been able to lease Broersma Werken historic warehouse on Entrepotdok.

The new tenant, Home of Orange, sells, rents, and manages residences owners and landlords. They will have their offices in a warehouse on Entrepotdok on the east side of Amsterdam's city center. Many of the warehouses at this location are named after Dutch and Belgian cities; this warehouse is named after the city of Eindhoven. The office, located on the ground floor, is approximately 81 m², has a turnkey delivery level, and a beautiful height of no less than 3.60 meters.
