Broersma Werken has leased Broersma Werken 446 m² of commercial space on behalf of the Lieven de Key Housing Association.

Transaction | On behalf of Woonstichting Lieven de Key, Broersma Werken has leased Broersma Werken 446 m² of commercial space.

The commercial space is a former kitchen building of the Oranje-Nassau Barracks and was built in 1905. The Oranje-Nassau Barracks is a former barracks on Sarphatistraat and was part of the Dutch Water Line, a line of defense that had to be flooded if the enemy approached the city.

This space with a rich history has been leased to Stichting Zorgeloos Ambulant Amsterdam for many years. We wish Stichting Zorgeloos Ambulant Amsterdam much success in their new space. We would like to thank P van den Bosch Bedrijfsmakelaars for their cooperation in this transaction.
