Renovated office space in an old school building leased by Broersma Werken. We were able to lease this renovated space on behalf of a private client.

This creative office space is located on the first floor of a residential and commercial complex in Amsterdam West. The office has a floor area of 47 m² and features a mezzanine that can be used for storage or as a relaxation area. At the front, the space has large windows and a considerable ceiling height, making it an attractive space to work in. We wish the new tenant much enjoyment and success in this former school building, which is also a municipal monument.
