Commercial space leased on behalf of Woonstichting Lieven de Key to Dynamic Wines.

The independent commercial space of approximately 28 m² GFA is located in the basement. The Wittenburgergracht, on the east side of Amsterdam city center, is a thoroughfare with heavy car, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic, making it an excellent location with high visibility.

Dynamic Wines supplies wines from more than 50 French winegrowers to gourmet restaurants. These range from top restaurants to bistros and wine bars. We recently set up an online shop so that we can also offer their quality products to private individuals.
