On behalf of a private investor, Broersma Werken has leased Broersma Werken measuring approximately 561 m² at Archangelkade 7B in Amsterdam, as well as commercial space measuring approximately 454 m² at Archangelkade 17.
De Lokatie rents Archangelkade 7B for use as a sorting center for its thrift stores in Amsterdam. Stichting Kringloopbedrijf De Lokatie has several thrift stores in Amsterdam and has been operating since 1996 as an organization for daytime activities and work experience with the aim of improving the social prospects of people with psychiatric or psychosocial problems.
LOT61 Coffee Roasters is leasing Archangelkade 17 to expand its existing location at the Amsterdam Business Center. LOT61 Coffee Roasters will use the commercial space for its coffee roasting facility and wholesale business.
