Broersma Werken retail investment property on Hoofdweg.

On behalf of Lieven de Stad, Broersma Werken is selling Broersma Werken leased retail spaces to a private investor. The retail spaces are located on the ground floor on the corner of the intersection of Hoofdweg and Jan van Galenstraat, part of a retail plinth beneath residential apartments and currently leased to a bakery. Bob van Overloop of the Financieringsgilde advised the buyer on the financing.
