This distinctive building, with a rich history as wine wholesaler 'Le Tonneau' and lemonade factory, has provided accommodation for various creative office users in recent years. The building stands out from other offices on the canals due to its generous ceiling height and impressive width, which contribute to its unique industrial appearance.
