Broersma Werken two units from project .

On behalf of Lieven de Stad, Broersma Werken has leased Broersma Werken m² of commercial space in project . Lava, a creative technology-driven design agency from Amsterdam specializing in brand identities (corporate identities), campaigns, and digital products, is leasing approximately 228 m² of creative office space at Revaleiland 176–178. Rongoa, part of the Roger Gracie Academy – Amsterdam, is leasing approximately 693 m² of commercial space for its sports concept. This means that a total of approximately 920 m² of commercial space in the Lariks building has now been fully leased.

The Lariks building is a new residential building by Woonstichting Lieven de Key with a commercial plinth by Lieven de Stad. The building is located on Revaleiland, one of the islands in the Houthaven. Lariks, designed by Amsterdam-based architectural firm M3H, consists mainly of semi-independent youth housing, an affordable and comfortable residential concept, combined with a commercial plinth.

The filling of these commercial spaces in Lariks has created a lively street front with creative and athletic entrepreneurs.
