On behalf of a private investor, Broersma Werken has leased high-quality Broersma Werken measuring approximately 550 m² at Westerdoksdijk 599-601 in Amsterdam. Data Science Lab is leasing the space due to the growth of its organization.

Westerkaap II is located on Westerdoksdijk in the center of Amsterdam.
