Broersma Werken a renovated office space in Amsterdam North.

On behalf of Stichting Spijker & Hamer, we have leased the space to a developer/investor. It concerns an office space of approximately 104 m² on the ground floor located in the unique North Orleans building.

North Orleans is a sturdy, industrial building with a beautifully landscaped courtyard garden. The office has been renovated to a high standard and will be delivered in turnkey condition, including a terrazzo cast floor, acoustic ceiling, designer LED lighting, and a luxury kitchen.
