Broersma Werken three commercial spaces in the new Nautisch NDSM development project.
On behalf of an owner-user and a private investor, Broersma Werken is purchasing Broersma Werken commercial spaces in the new Nautisch NDSM development, totaling approximately 820 m² of lettable floor space.
The owner-user has plans to convert the commercial space in the De Lincoln building into office space for his own organization. The private investor is converting the commercial spaces in the Het Havenblok building into attractive office spaces. These office spaces will Available for rent Available Werfkade 3 and Werfkade 35 in mid-2024.
The Nautisch NDSM new-build project is a development by G&S& located on Werfkade in Amsterdam North. The development consists of five residential buildings with commercial spaces on the ground floor in a historic location on the NDSM shipyard – Immediately the IJ river and Amsterdam Marina.
