In collaboration with Gerose, Broersma Werken has successfully facilitated Broersma Werken leasing transactions within three office buildings at the Amstel Business Park, totaling approximately 3,500 m².

Office space has been created at Duivendrechtsekade 80B (De Kade building), a modern, sustainable office building located Immediately the Weespertrekvaart. The available floor features a high degree of flexibility and has been turnkey and custom-fitted in collaboration with the landlord’s architect.
