Broersma Werken approximately 350^m² of office space on Prinsengracht in Amsterdam on behalf of Spice PR (communication & creation agency).

Broersma Werken has leased a striking, creative, and independent office space located at Prinsengracht 675 on behalf of Spice PR. The building is located directly opposite the already renowned Rosewood hotel, which is yet to open. It is an^18th-century coach house with a beautiful wooden facade. The monumental building will be completely renovated to meet all contemporary standards for a modern office user.
