On behalf of our client Stadsgoed N.V., we recently leased the national monument at Prins Hendrikkade 25-26 in Amsterdam.
The building is a former herring packing house from the 17th century and has recently been renovated into a contemporary office space while retaining its authentic details.

The tenants in the building are working hard to make the planet a better place, from greening in the context of climate change, working on a safe and healthy working environment in the textile industry, promoting sustainability goals, to organizing recruitment campaigns for non-profit organizations.
