About us

Broersma Makelaardij has been a property agency since 1928. We are specialized intermediaries for selling or purchasing property in Amsterdam and surrounding areas.

BROERSMA strives to achieve and maintain a high level of care, openness and integrity. We always ensure the client comes first when it comes to service.

BROERSMA’s organization consists of 15 enthusiastic employees on average.

BROERSMA Makelaardij is a member of the professional associations NVM, MVA and Qualis Kwaliteitsmakelaars.

Our services

Besides assisting in the sale and purchase of property and providing advice, we also offer the following services:

  • Assessment for the purpose of financing or for the purchasing decision
  • Advice regarding the decision to sell, or possible rental (without any obligation)
  • Providing assistance when selling or purchasing at auction
  • We are also specialized in the division of property into smaller units and conversions from a flat operation association to an apartment regulated building.
  • Advice and assistance when purchasing accommodation which has been rented out.
